Samples of all available colors are shown on our Shop Page. If a color is not shown when you are placing your order, then we do not have it in stock at that time.

We do not currently make the PeeKeeper in custom sizes. Please contact us at info@peekeeper.com if you are interested in being notified when we add additional sizes.

• Free shipping anywhere in the U.S.  Usually take 7 – 10 business days.
• $8.90 usually takes 2 to 4 business day delivery.  Orders in by 10 AM EST will ship the same day.  After 10 AM EST order will ship the following business day.
• Canada $13.50 + $5.00 for each additional item. You are responsible for all taxes, duties or other surcharges. We do ship internationally to a few countries for $16.50 + $2.00 for each additional item.  You are responsible for all taxes, duties or other surcharges.  If delivery is refused by customer no refund will be given.
• Orders over $100 will require signature confirmation.

• Select “Free Shipping” package will usually ship out within 2 to 3 business days of when you place your order.  Package will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to arrive.
• Select “2 to 4 Day Shipping” your package will ship the same day if order is placed before 10 AM EST.  Package will take about 2 to 4 business days to arrive.
• Select “International Shipping” your package will ship the same day if order is placed before 10 AM EST.  It typically takes about 10 – 15 business days for your package to arrive.
• We use USPS to ship all packages.
• Transit times are estimates and are dependent on the post office. There will be delays in postal delivery times during the holidays.
• USA orders may take up to 30 days for delivery and International shipping may take up to 60 days.  This is no fault of our own but the postal service mishandling packages.  Refunds for lost packages will be given after 30 days for USA packages and 60 days for international.

• Yes, due to customer requests, we have shortened the handling time if you select 2 to 4 business day delivery.  Orders in by 10 AM EST will ship the same day.  After 10 AM EST will ship the following business day. This option is available for $8.90 to any U.S. address. You can select this during the check-out process when you place your order. You should receive your package approximately 2 to 4 business days after you place your order.
• Transit times are estimates and are dependent on the post office. This time frame is not guaranteed by us.  We do guarantee we will ship the same or next business day after your order is placed or your shipping will be refunded.
• We’re sorry but we are unable to offer this service in Canada.  

It is very important that you measure correctly to get a proper fit, so we recommend you follow the instructions on the “shop page” and measure twice before placing an order.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

At PeeKeeper, we respect and value every customer.  Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase.  If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a refund or exchange.  The following rules apply:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping is nonrefundable.  
• Returned and exchanged items should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging. May try on item for fit purposes only.  Items that come back to us in used condition or after 30 days will not be refunded and will not be sent back to you. PeeKeeper reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
• Altered, special orders, and items identified as “final sale” cannot be returned.
• Exchanges ship for free in the USA.
• For your convenience we do offer prepaid label for returns.  This will be deducted from your return or you may ship it back using your own method of return.  Please contact us through the “contact” page.  You will need a printer to print the return label.
• Use original blue poly bag to ship item(s) back to us.  DO NOT use priority mailers.  If an item is shipped back to us in a heavier package or a priority mailer we will deduct the cost of the extra postage we incur from your refund.  If you can not use the original package please use something similar in weight and size to ship it back to us.
• Fill out the card that was enclosed in package and include it in your return.
• We do not offer return labels internationally.  Return is at your own expense.

PREPAID LABEL RETURN POLICY, IF YOU USED PAYPAL AS PAYMENT METHOD:

• If you paid using PayPal please contact us if you would like a return label emailed to you.  
• MAKING A RETURN:  $9.90 will be deducted from your refund if you enjoyed free shipping or $6.90 if you paid for original shipping (original shipping nonrefundable).
• MAKING AN EXCHANGE:  $9.90 invoice from PayPal will be sent for payment if you enjoyed free shipping or $6.90 if you paid for original shipping (original shipping is nonrefundable). 

PREPAID LABEL RETURN POLICY, IF YOU USED CREDIT CARD AS PAYMENT METHOD:

• MAKING A RETURN:  $9.90 will be deducted from your refund if you enjoyed free shipping or $6.90 if you paid for shipping (original shipping is nonrefundable). 
• MAKING AN EXCHANGE: $9.90 will be charged to your credit card if you enjoyed free shipping or $6.90 if you paid for shipping (original shipping is nonrefundable).
• If you received a prepaid label the cost is on the label.

YOUR OWN METHOD OF RETURN

• We highly suggest getting tracking on your package.  Packages without tracking and get lost in the mail will not be refunded or exchanged.  If you enjoyed free shipping and you return an item(s), we will credit back the cost of the item less $6 for shipping and handling charges to ship the item(s) to you.
• If making an exchange the $6 is waived.  If you make a return of the exchanged item you received, $6 will be deducted plus return shipping cost as stated above.

We suggest you first slip the collar piece over your dog’s head and then wrap the PeeKeeper around its body. Here’s a quick video how to guide featuring Dash, the dog that inspired the original PeeKeeper.

We recommend using an absorbent liner inside the PeeKeeper. For light wetters, you can use a generic feminine maxipad and for heavier wetters you can use an adult incontinence pad. Belly bands can also be used.  If you have a high leg lifter or a dog that urinates while lying down we recommend disposable dog diapers or generic baby diapers. When the pad gets wet, just toss it and replace it with a clean one.
